With our tailored cooking services, your fishing adventure doesn't end at the dock—it continues on your plate, ensuring a truly unforgettable dining experience.

Secure your charter with one of our esteemed captains in Pentwater, Ludington, or Manistee, Michigan, and you must reserve the day with us after your charter is booked to hold the date for your culinary journey!

Chef Jared and Company, LLC brings their expertise to your home, office, or event space, providing you the opportunity to savor top-quality cuisine effortlessly. 
Here's how the Fresh Catch Cooking Service works:

1. Custom Menu Creation:
I will work closely with each client to create a personalized menu based on their preferences and the type of fish they are planning  catching.

2. Flexible Service Options:
Whether you  prefer a private dinner at their vacation rental, a beachside picnic, or a gathering dockside, I can accommodate try to accommodate needs.

3. Expert Preparation:
With years of culinary experience, I will expertly prepare the fresh catch using innovative techniques and flavorful ingredients to create memorable dishes.

4. Stress-Free Experience:
From shopping for the freshest ingredients to cleaning up afterward, I will handle every aspect of the meal preparation
The success of our services, including menu preparation, service, and clean-up, is entirely reliant on the menu you select. The entire process, from initiation to completion, typically takes around 7 hours. This breakdown includes four hours for preparation, about two hours for service, and one hour for clean-up. Grocery shopping and menu planning are inclusive and handled by our team.

We pride ourselves on our flexibility and creativity in crafting menus. Unlike having a set list of options, we collaborate with you after booking (with a deposit) to create a customized menu tailored to your preferences.

It's worth noting that all food preparation and cooking take place at your location. To facilitate this, your space must be equipped with a full kitchen, including an oven, burners, running water, and a refrigerator.
